If you are depressed you are living in the past.
If you are anxious you are living in the future.
If you are at peace you are living in the present.
I have heard the first and second part of this quote, but sadly I have never heard the last part.
For far too many years I’ve lived in either the past or the future. Recently I’ve learned to live in the present. I have never felt peace like I do now.
Today: Like most, I'm trying to figure things out. Sometimes that's day by day, moment by moment, and even breath by breath.
