Depression is the killer of all joy.
It steals you away. It hardens you. It takes away even pain, so that you do not feel a thing.
Depression is walking into headwinds no matter what direction you turn.
Never escaping the whirling thoughts whipping around in your head.
Depression is waking up tired.
And going to bed tired. It does not care about your well-being.
Depression is lies disguised as truth.
Today: Like most, I'm trying to figure things out. Sometimes that's day by day, moment by moment, and even breath by breath.
