Today was supposed to be my day of meditation. I have been doing a 6 week yin yoga series (week 3 of 6 was today). Although I was physically able to get in to the poses, my mind was not in it today. It was a flutter with thoughts. They were so tangible. I could touch them. As I read about self-compassion, I am reminded to acknowledge my thoughts, feelings, and emotions, then let them go. Let them fly away like a kite in the wind. Be Happy! In the morning, be happy with what you've got. in the evening, be happy with who you are. - Sri Chinmoy
